Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
Work in collaboration with team members to ensure that there is continuity of reports and processes even in the absence of other team members
Provide support to the team in analysing business performance
Provide support in the delivery of value added reports to the business using available BI tools
Provide analytics and insights to the business on consumer behaviour /usage and the impact of network performance on service revenue
Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
Undertake pre-processing of structured and unstructured data
Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
Combine models through ensemble modeling
Present information using data visualization techniques
Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

Must love numbers
Must possess excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of R, SQL and Python;
Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and databases
Communication
Must be able to communicate confidently both orally and in writing. Presentations to the business is a normal requirement for this role
Must have good interpersonal skills to support working closely with the Financial Performance teams within the business
Technical And Professional Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
Prior experience in the telecoms industry (an advantage but not required)
Knowledge of revenue streams within the telecoms industry (an advantage but not a requirement)
