Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their dynamic team at Remoteli. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights that contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and visualisations to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and recommendations.

Requirement Gathering and Documentation:

• Engage with business users to elicit and document detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories to guide the development and implementation of solutions.

Process Improvement:

• Identify process optimisation and automation opportunities, proposing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes and monitor their impact on key performance indicators.

Stakeholder Management:

• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges to provide relevant analytical support.
• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and facilitate the successful delivery of projects.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform rigorous testing and validation of systems, processes, and data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Identify and address any issues or discrepancies, working closely with the development and operations teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualisation, and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other business systems is advantageous
